The Justice Caucus Applauds US Supreme Court Decision Upholding the Affordable Care Act

The Justice Caucus is very pleased the United States Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. This decision ensures that thousands of children and families in Michigan will have access to quality and affordable health care. It ensures that insurance companies will not be able to cap lifetime care or discriminate against those individuals who may have pre-existing conditions.

Mann, Brookings Institution fellow, constitutional scholar and author will be the keynote speaker at the 2012 Millie Jeffrey Awards Dinner.  The dinner is being held at the Westin Southfield, 1500 Town Center, Southfield, MI 48075 on Sunday, July 29th at 6:30pm with a reception at 5:30 pm.

The Daily Show & Justice Caucus Announce . . .

The Daily Show & the Justice Caucus will be presenting Thomas Mann, Brookings Institute Scholar and Author, at two very different events.

Thomas Mann will be a guest on Jon Stewart's The Daily Show on Monday, June 4th.  And on Sunday, July  29th, he will be the keynote speaker at the Justice Caucus Annual Millie Jeffrey Awards Dinner.
